Refund & Cancellation Policy
Conditions:
The following return policy conditions must be met in the case that a return or refund is requested for products purchased online:
-The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
-The item/s must be unused, unworn and unwashed in original saleable
condition with all labels/tags attached
-The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
-The items must be faulty or not as described in the listing
​For Faulty Goods:
Stage Ready Dance Creations reserves the right to conduct a quality check upon receipt of returned goods to determine if the items are faulty, or not as described on the product listing. We will respond to your query/ claim within 5 business days of receiving the items back at Stage Ready Dance Creations. If we find the item to be faulty or not as described in our product listing, a refund of the cost of the goods will be provided as a refund. The cost of shipping is non refundable.
Exchange/ Change of Mind:
Refunds, returns and exchanges are not offered by Stage Ready Dance Creations due to change of mind or selection of the incorrect size or colour. We provide full product descriptions, photographs, and detailed sizing charts for each product.
If a different size or colour is required, and you have only just placed the order/ the order has not been processed or shipped yet we may be able to substitute for you however it is not guaranteed. If this is the case, please contact us urgently at stagereadydance@gmail.com
If Stage Ready Dance Creations offer a Return/Refund this will be conducted in consultation/ communication with the buyer. Situations may include but are not limited to incorrect product description, product out of stock, or inability to deliver within a reasonable time frame. The customer will receive notification via email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Delivery
For all dance wear and ready- made costumes listed for sale on this website, orders will be processed and dispatched with Australia Post (express- unless otherwise noted or agreed) within 1-4 business days. This does not include public holidays or weekends.

Once sent, orders can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days during regular operating periods, or within a maximum of 10 business days during holiday periods where services are delayed by public holidays.
